We provide assistance to the upcoming and established entrepreneurs for obtaining
plots for the Industrial and IT Park set up as per their requirements and assistance in
preparing project report and filing legal application to MIDC for allotment and handover
of plot.
We also co-operate and provide input for attending interview for the allotment of
Industrial and Commercial plot.
2) Planning, Construction Phase and Completion :
Once land is secured, the focus shifts to building the physical infrastructure.
We do customize designing of factory building following CDCPR, Indian Fire Codes,
Industrial safety and approval.
We assist with Civil Drawing, PRE-DCR and AUTO-DCR formalities. Further with a team of
specialized Architects, Structural Engineer and Plumbers specialized in planning,
providing technical input and obtaining permission for Building Plan Approval,
Provisional Fire NOC, Commencement Certificate, further obtaining Final Fire NOC and
Building Completion Certificate on completion of construction.
We also assist in obtaining additional FSI as per client requirement.
Securing temporary water and electricity connections for construction.
3) Lease Deed and Other Agreement :
Adjudication for Stamp Duty and further execution and registration of Agreement to
Lease/ Final Lease Deed/ Sale Deed/ Deed of Assignment/ Gift Deed/ Renewal of Lease
Deed/ Agreement to Assignment/ Pre determined Lease/ Supplementary Lease.
4) Statutory Licensing :
Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) Consent to Establish, Consent to Operate,
Renewal of consent.
Factory License.
Shop & Establishment License.
FSSAI, FDA, State Excise, DISH.
Letter of Intent (LOI) for IT park.
PESO License, Ethanol License, Spirit License.
Health and Trade License.
Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETP) and filing annual Hazardous Waste returns.

6) Plot Transfer (Resale) :
We provide assistance in transferring the existing plot abiding by the norms and
standardized procedure of the Corporation. We help in smooth transfer of the leasehold
rights of the property.

We provide services for Name Change, Transfer, New connection, Re-connection,
Temporary and Permanent connection of Water and Electricity.
